The Full Story

Hello! I am Shannon and Muddy is my (family's) dog. He's a Chocolate Lab and part of the inspiration behind my business name. The other part comes from my need, desire, and infatuation with being around water. Since birth, my summers have been spent in the Les Cheneaux Islands of Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula. I do not have a desire to travel to faraway and exotic places when I have this beautiful corner of the world to spend my time. Most of my photos have been taken in the Islands, and those photos are the focus of my talents. I don't currently shoot weddings but am opening up my schedule to family, senior, and pet portraits, as well as sports teams.
